§ 32.03 PERSONNEL POLICY.
   (A)   The Town Personnel Policy, as passed June 2009 and as amended from time to time, is incorporated herein, and said Personnel Policy shall be the official policy of the town, and the provisions of said Personnel Policy shall supersede any provisions contained in this code of ordinances which are or may be inconsistent therewith.
   (B)   A copy of the Town Personnel Policy shall be maintained and available for review during business hours at the Town Hall.
