§ 30.08 TOWN CLERK.
   A Town Clerk shall be appointed to serve at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners at the regular meeting in July of each year. The Board shall set the salary for the same. The Mayor shall, at any meeting when the Clerk is not present, designate one of the members of the Board to record the minutes, and the member so designated shall make note of the same and have the Clerk type the same for the record.
