§ 30.02 ABSENCE OF QUORUM.
   If a quorum of the Board is not present, the Mayor may send for absentees, and if a quorum fails to attend, the meeting shall stand as adjourned to such time as may be agreed upon by a majority of the members present. The Mayor shall have authority to require attendance of members of the Board.
