(A) Regular meetings. The Board of Commissioners shall hold its regular meetings on the second Tuesday night in each month at 7:00 p.m., or such other time as the Board shall fix.
(B) Special meetings. Special meetings may be held at any time on the call of the Mayor, the Mayor Pro Tempore, or any two members of the Board. Notice of such special meeting shall be made to each member of the Board and to the Mayor and shall comply with all the requirements set forth in G.S. § 160A-71.
(C) Adjourned meetings. Any regular or special meeting of the Board and any adjourned meeting thereof may adjourn to such time prior to the next regular meeting date as may be fixed by the Board.
