(A) The special flood hazard areas are those identified under the Cooperating Technical State (CTS) agreement between the state and FEMA in its flood insurance study (FIS) for the county dated July 2, 2004 and its accompanying flood insurance rate map panels (3466K and 34681), which are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
(B) The initial flood insurance rate maps are as follows for the jurisdictional areas at the initial date:
(1) Lenoir County Unincorporated Area, dated January 6, 1983; and
(2) The Town of Pink Hill, dated July 2, 2004.
