§ 111.07 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

   After giving the operator of a game room or dance hall adequate notice and an opportunity to be heard, the Board of Commissioners may revoke the license of any game room or dance hall operator who:

   (A)   Violates the provisions of §§ 111.05 or 111.06; or

   (B)   Is convicted of unlawfully selling alcoholic beverages or narcotic drugs.
