§ 94.36 OVERGROWN VEGETATION.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner and/or occupant of a premises to fail to cut overgrown grass, weeds, or other vegetation, when the grass, weeds, or other vegetation shall exceed a height of 12 inches. This section shall apply to occupied or vacant lots.
