A. Payment: In the absence of provisions to the contrary, all fees and charges for licenses or permits shall be paid in advance at the time application therefor is made to the village clerk.
B. No Proration: When an applicant has not engaged in the business until after the expiration of part of the current license year, the license fee shall not be prorated for any fraction of the license year, but the applicant shall be required to pay the full license fee.
C. Refunds: There shall be no refund for cancellation or termination of a license for any reason, unless otherwise provided.
D. Disposition Of Fees: Except as otherwise provided, all license fees shall become a part of the general fund. (1990 Code §12.106)
