Any person that has violated or continues to violate this chapter shall be liable to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per violation per day. The fines imposed hereunder and the violations identified within this chapter may be enforced through the municipal administrative hearing process as provided in the Village Code.
