Any person receiving a notice of violation may appeal the determination of violation to the Village council within seven (7) days of the notice of violation. Upon receipt of the appeal, the Village clerk shall schedule, as soon as practicable, a meeting in an attempt to resolve any pending issue with the appellant. The Village may include in that meeting, in its discretion, the public works director, the Village engineer, the Village attorney, or any other individual or consultant which, in the opinion of the Village, would facilitate resolution of the pending issue.
