7-9-8: ENHANCED DUI ENFORCEMENT FUND:
The amounts received as administrative charges pursuant to this chapter shall be set aside in a separate police department fund to be used at the direction of the chief of police for the purpose of purchasing equipment, training, and overtime salaries for officers incurred as a result of enhanced DUI enforcement.
