2-2-4: FUNDING AND UNDERTAKINGS:
The committee shall not have the authority to execute any contract, agreement or undertaking, nor the power to incur any debts or liabilities on behalf of the Village, except with the express, written approval of the Corporate Authorities of the Village. (Ord. 2017-O-02, 2-23-2017)
