The planning and zoning commission (commission) shall consist of seven (7) members who shall be appointed by the mayor, with the advice and consent of the board of trustees. All members shall be residents of the village. Such members shall have qualifications as determined by the mayor. Any vacancies occurring in the commission shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired portion of the term remaining. (Ord. 2012-08, 5-7-2012)
