10-4-10: EXTENSION OF PERMIT:
A fee equal to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or ten percent (10%) of the permit fee shall be charged for all permit extensions. All permits expire one year from issuance 1 . (Ord. 2010-06, 3-15-2010; amd. Ord. 2022-O-08, 3-21-2022)
