In case of making repairs or alterations or constructing new facilities, or for any other reason, the village board reserves the right to limit the discharge of wastewater to the wastewater facilities for as long as may be necessary by giving such reasonable notice thereof as shall be practical to the user. No claim shall be made against the village by reason of the above or by reason of the breakage or failure of any portion of the wastewater facilities. (Ord. 2008-13, 4-7-2008)
