In the case of making repairs or alterations or constructing new facilities, or for any other reason, the village reserves the right to shut off the water as long as may be necessary to make such repairs, alterations or the construction of new facilities. No claim shall be made against the village by reason of the above or by reason of the breakage or failure of any pump or other portion of the water system. (Ord. 2008-13, 4-7-2008)
