Unless another penalty is specifically provided for the violation of any particular section hereof, any person violating any provision of this title or any rule or regulation adopted or issued in pursuance hereof, or any lawful order made by a village official hereunder, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), plus all costs related to remediation, restitution and prosecution, including, but not limited to, filing fees, witness fees and attorney fees. Each day such violation exists shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 2008-13, 4-7-2008)
