A. Duly authorized employees or agents of the village shall, upon forty eight (48) hours' notice (except in emergency cases), be permitted to enter all properties at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance with the provisions of this title.
B. Such duly authorized employees or agents of the village shall be permitted to enter all private properties through which the village holds an easement for the purposes of, but not limited to, inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, repair and maintenance of any portion of the public water and wastewater facilities lying within said easement.
C. No person shall in any manner obstruct access to any meter.
D. In the event a customer refuses to install or maintain any equipment required by the village, and the installation of all the required equipment is feasible and attainable as determined by the village, the village may shut off water and/or sewer service to the building. (Ord. 2008-13, 4-7-2008)
