Any wireless provider operating small wireless facilities under the terms of this chapter shall be required to provide written notice to the Village if it sells or transfers small wireless facilities within the jurisdictional boundary of the Village. Such notice shall include the name and contact information of the new wireless provider and such other information as the Public Works Director shall require. (Ord. 2018-O-19, 7-16-2018)
