8-5-7: AERIAL FACILITIES:

For Village utility poles that support aerial facilities used to provide communications services or electric service, wireless providers shall comply with the process for make-ready work under 47 USC 224 and its implementing regulations. (Ord. 2018-O-19, 7-16-2018)
