8-2-7: UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL, DAMAGE PROHIBITED:
No person shall remove any tree in the parkway or on public property without first obtaining written permission from the director of public works. No person shall wilfully damage or harm any trees on public property. (1990 Code §15.507)
