8-2-6: CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
Proper maintenance and care shall be given all newly planted trees, and said trees shall be replaced if not alive one year after the date of planting. The village adheres to the standards as written in ANSI A300 tree care operations: standard practices for tree, shrub and other woody plant maintenance. (Ord. 2016-O-22, 11-21-2016)
