A. Types of trees used that attain a mature height of over fifty feet (50') shall be planted not less than forty feet (40') apart nor within forty feet (40') of another tree outside the property line within the parkway.
B. Types of trees used that have a mature height of less than fifty feet (50') or are of narrow spreading habit shall be planted not less than thirty feet (30') apart nor within thirty feet (30') of another tree outside the property line within the parkway.
C. Small ornamental types of trees shall be planted not less than fifteen feet (15') apart nor within fifteen feet (15') of another tree outside the property line within the parkway. (1990 Code §15.503)
