8-2-2: FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PLANTING:
Anyone planning to plant a tree within the parkway must get instructions regarding this chapter and fill out the necessary forms issued by the village clerk. (1990 Code §15.502)
