For the purpose of this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows:
PARKWAY: A strip of land which is part of the dedicated street right of way extending from the edge of the street pavement or curb line to the public sidewalk or right of way property line.
SHRUBBERY: A group of low, usually several stemmed, woody plants.
TREE: A woody perennial plant having a single main stem or trunk exceeding ten feet (10') in height at maturity. (1990 Code §15.501)
