8-1-13: UTILITY POLES AND WIRES:
It is unlawful to erect any poles or wires or maintain any poles or wires over any public place, street, alley or other public way without first having secured permission from the village manager. (1990 Code § 15.114; amd. 2011 Code; Ord. 2022-O-21, 7-18-2022)
