8-1-9: VIEW AT INTERSECTIONS 1 :
It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain or permit to remain any fence or other structure, or any bushes or other plants on a corner lot, within fifty feet (50') of the street line, which obstructs the view, at a height of more than thirty six inches (36") above the level of the adjacent street pavement. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this section shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such obstruction to view is permitted to remain after notice from the building department or any official of the village to remove the same.
