6-1-11: CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES:
The village manager may employ civilians who are not officers of police to perform duties of a nonenforcement nature for the police department when funds for such purposes are budgeted by the board of trustees. (Ord. 2006-25, 10-2-2006)
