A. Conditions: Any business establishment, firm, or association providing toilet facilities for the general public shall maintain said facilities in a clean and sanitary condition, in good repair, and well lighted and ventilated by means of a mechanical fan or operable screened window, and the door to such facility shall be self-closing. Adequate hand washing facilities, including running water, soap, and sanitary towels or drying devices, shall be provided. (1990 Code §13.501)
B. Installation: Installation of such facilities shall comply with village regulations 1 and state statutes in effect. (1990 Code §13.502; amd. 2011 Code)
