5-1-5: STAGNANT POOLS OF WATER:
Any stagnant pool of water in the village is declared to be a nuisance. It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to permit any such nuisance to remain or exist on any property under his or its control. (1990 Code §13.104)
