5-1-3: DRINKING CUPS IN PUBLIC PLACES:
It is unlawful to maintain any common drinking cup or cups, dipper or other similar utensil for the use of more than one person in a public hall, theater, store, or other place frequented by the public. (1990 Code §13.109)
