4-2-33: PENALTIES:
Any person, firm, corporation or other legally recognized entity who violates any provision of this chapter, for which a specific penalty is not stated, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per offense, and be responsible for the village cost of prosecution, including reasonable attorney fees, for each offense or the revocation of his or her liquor license, or to both such fine and revocation of such license. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2009-34, 10-5-2009)
