4-2-26: ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS:
   A.   Sound Amplification: It shall be unlawful for any licensee to permit or allow any noise or sound to be amplified outside the bounds of a structure on the premises if a residence is within five hundred feet (500') of the premises.
   B.   Consumption On Public Ways: No person shall openly drink or furnish to others any alcoholic liquor to be consumed upon any street, public place or vacant lot within the village, and no person shall connive at or assist in or procure others to violate any provision of this chapter except during the pendency of a lawfully permitted block party (as permitted under title 8, chapter 4 of this code) during which a village street is permitted to be closed for such gathering. In such instances, consumption on public streets shall be limited to pedestrians not operating any vehicle, bicycle or other machinery or equipment and not violating any other applicable law or regulation including those related to disorderly conduct or public intoxication.
   C.   Peddling Liquor: It shall be unlawful to peddle alcoholic liquor in the village. (Ord. 2009-34, 10-5-2009)
