A. No licensee, or any officer, associate, member, representative or agent or employee of the licensee, shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person or to any person known by him or her to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, feeble minded or distracted, mentally ill, mentally deficient or in need of mental treatment.
B. No licensee, or agent or employee of the licensee, shall harbor or permit any intoxicated persons to loiter on the premises described in the license or permit any conduct which shall tend to disturb the peace or quiet of the neighborhood or the premises. (Ord. 2009-34, 10-5-2009)
