4-2-21: CLOSING HOURS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, or to give away, in or upon any licensed premises, any alcoholic liquor:
Between the hours of one minute after one o'clock (1:01) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. Monday through Friday; and
Between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. Saturday; and
Between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. on Sunday.
   B.   On the eve of New Year's Day, Memorial Day (observed), Independence Day (4th Of July), Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day, it shall be lawful to sell alcoholic liquor in the village until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. in licensed premises.
   C.   The hours stated herein shall be Central Standard Time, and when daylight saving time is in effect, said hours shall be Central Daylight Saving Time.
   D.   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business, to admit the public to, to permit the public to remain within, or to permit the consumption of alcoholic liquor in or upon any premises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of such liquor is prohibited; provided, that such establishments may be kept open but no alcoholic liquor may be sold to or consumed by the public during the hours prohibited.
