A. Restrictions: No liquor license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor within one hundred feet (100') of any church, school, hospital, undertaking establishment or mortuary, home for the aged or indigent persons or for veterans, their spouses or children, any military or naval station, or any location prohibited by applicable state law.
B. Change Of Location: A liquor license shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only in the premises described in the application and license. Such location may be changed only upon the receipt of written permission from the commissioner. No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location is in compliance with provisions and regulations of this chapter. (Ord. 2009-34, 10-5-2009)
