4-2-13: TERM AND EXPIRATION OF LICENSE; FEES PRORATED:
A license is purely a personal privilege and, except for daily permits, shall expire one year from the date of issuance. The one year period shall be from May 1 of each year to April 30 of each following year, unless sooner revoked or suspended. Licenses issued after May 1 of any year shall pay the full license fee as provided herein. All licenses, regardless of the date of issuance, shall terminate on April 30 of each year following the date of issuance. (Ord. 2009-34, 10-5-2009)
