4-2-7: OUTSTANDING DEBTS:
An applicant or holder of a liquor license shall not be indebted to the village. Any indebtedness in excess of thirty (30) days shall constitute the basis for the denial and/or revocation of a liquor license. (Ord. 2009-34, 10-5-2009)
