§ 52.33 RESUMPTION OF SERVICE, RECONNECTION FEE.
   (A)   Any customer of the utility services furnished by the town whose electric services have been disconnected or terminated for the nonpayment of the rates and charges therefor may have the utility services resumed by paying all rates and charges due by him or her to the town and in addition thereto a reconnection fee of $50 for residents. A $5 reconnect fee for telephone service applies to both residential and business customers. Also, if the customer has already been refunded his or her deposit, the customer will have to reestablish credit once again with the town by putting up another deposit per utility.

Also there is a $200 reconnect fee required. All of these amounts will have to be paid in full before service is restored.
