§ 52.14 OBTAINING RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR FACILITIES.

When any utility service is requested which requires the placing of the town's facilities on or across private property other than that of the applicant, the person requesting the service shall obtain or cause to be obtained at no cost to the town all rights-of-way necessary for the town's facilities.
