§ 52.12 TERMINATION FOR NONCOMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS.

The town shall have the right to disconnect or refuse to connect or reconnect any utility service which does not meet the applicable provisions of this code, state law or town ordinances, rules and regulations.
