§ 52.11 SERVICE TO COMPLY WITH TECHNICAL REGULATIONS.
   Any utility service furnished under the provisions of this chapter at any of the rates set forth herein shall be in accordance with and compliance with all applicable technical provisions of this code, state law and town ordinances, rules and regulations.
