§ 52.07 SALE OR RESALE OF UTILITY SERVICES RESTRICTED.

No person within the town shall be permitted to furnish, sell or offer for sale to any other person within the town water from any privately owned wells, springs, lakes, rivers, creeks or reservoirs, or any other utility service furnished by the town.
