§ 75.22 FEE CHARGED FOR REMOVING BOOT.
   (A)   The fee to remove a boot shall not exceed $75.
   (B)   Unless it is acting on behalf of a governmental agency, it is unlawful for a private booting company to place a boot on a motor vehicle parked on the public right-of-way.
