§ 50.01 COUNTY SURFACE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ORDINANCE; ADOPTED.
   The Town Council by resolution extends the jurisdiction of the Mecklenburg County Surface Water Pollution Control Ordinance to become applicable within the town's corporate limits.
