§ 130.52 PENALTIES.
   Any person violating any provisions of any section of §§ 130.50 through 130.52 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor punishable by serving up to 30 days in jail, and/or a fine of up to $1,000, probation, community service.
