(A) This subchapter shall be administered and enforced by the Town Council or its designee.
(B) A violation of this subchapter shall not constitute a misdemeanor or infraction punishable under G.S. § 14-4. Any person who violates this subchapter may be subject to all civil and equitable remedies stated in G.S. § 160A-175. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the violation of a stop work order issued pursuant to § 94.056 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable under G.S. § 14-4.
