§ 34.01 BUDGET OFFICER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR; APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES.
   In accordance with the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act, G.S. §§ 159-7 et seq., the Council shall appoint a Budget Officer and Finance Director who shall perform the duties imposed by law and prescribed by the Council.
