§ 130.18 WHERE PERMITTED.
   Picketing may be conducted only on the sidewalks or other town-owned area or highway right-of-way normally used or reserved for pedestrian movement and may not be conducted on the portion of a street used primarily for vehicular traffic. The word OWNED as used in this section includes easements and rights-of-way.
