Individuals and groups that do not normally do business in the town, and therefore do not have a valid town privilege license, may obtain a special events license for use at all town-sponsored events within the 12-month period beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Issuance of a special events license does not excuse the licensee from compliance with any other applicable ordinance or statute, including but not limited to Health Department permits.
